How long is my glass covered by warranty?

Sanderstead Windows provides a standard 5-year  warranty against the failure of the hermetic seals in glass-sealed units in windows and doors installed by us.

The hermetic seal is the barrier between the two panes of glass in a double- or triple-glazed unit. It prevents moisture from entering the unit, which can cause condensation and fog. If the hermetic seal fails, it can lead to a number of problems, including:

You will be issued with a FENSA certificate after installation. This certificate provides proof that your installation complies with building regulations, uses energy-efficient products, and is registered with the local council.

It is a legal requirement to provide proof of building regulation compliance when selling your home. Therefore, it is essential that you keep your FENSA certificate safe. If you misplace your certificate, you can order a replacement directly from FENSA’s website..
